Shophie kinsella is a writer and former-journalist of economy, with a specialization in the financial area. She is extremely careful with her money and is rarely seen making purchases if it's not in liquidations. Shophie has an excellent relationship with the manager of her bank. And curiously she created a character completely opposite to her. The series Becky Bloom of Shophie Kinsella, has five books in all.Becky Bloom, is the main character, a journalist specialized in the area of finances and a compulsive purchaser. But in she reality, she doesn't understand anything about economy. Although she works in this branch, she is always running away from the bank manager and arranges crazy ways to pay her credit card. The books have an order: “Confessions of a Shopaholic”, “Shopaholic Takes Manhattan”, “Shopaholic Ties the Knot”, “Shopaholic & Sister” and “Shopaholicc & Baby”. The life of Becky is divided in these five books. These books will all be produced in a film. From what I have read of the summaries of her books I think that they are very amusing books and perhaps there are many women who identify with Becky.
